Muhyieddeen Touq, Ph.D.
Dr. Touq joined CADER in 2011. He is responsible for the overall management of the company; particularly growing CADER in Jordan and the Middle East through ensuringbest practice work processes and delivery of high quality services. He is an inspirational leader with a progressive vision that led to expanding CADER’s business portfolio and services to reach into new sectors.
Dr. Touq has a vast experience in education and administrative reform. He holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from Purdue University, USA and has taught in several universities in Jordan, the United Arab Emirates and the USA. During his academic career he held the posts of Dean of Student Affairs, Dean of Education and a president of PhiladelphiaUniversity. He was also the Director of UNRWA/UNESCO Department of Education, responsible for Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, West Bank and Gaza, and the Commissioner General of The National Center for Human Rights in Jordan. In addition, Dr. Touq held various Jordanian State positions such as Minister of State for Prime Ministry Affairs and Minister of Administrative Development and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Austria, and non-resident Ambassador to Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Slovakia and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Belgium, and non-resident Ambassador to the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg and to the Kingdom of Norway.
Bahieh Tamimi, M.A.
Deputy General Manager
Bahieh is the Deputy General Manager of CADER. She provides vision and direction to CADER's main three departments: Innovation & Business Development, Professional Development & Quality Assurance, and Operations. She supports the General Manager in leading the company and implementing CADER's strategic plan. Bahieh has an eye for perfection, thus she collaborates with the leadership team to ensure that all operations, duties and roles are carried out with the highest standards possible. In addition, she liaises between local and international bodies in establishing long-standing relations.
Prior to her position as Deputy General Manager, Bahieh was the Chief Content Officer, where she independently led CADER’s content team and provided guidance on the design and development of all academic and professional development programs. She has a vast teaching experience in primary, secondary and higher education that she draws upon to inform strategic views on education and education reform. Bahieh was awarded the Hubert Humphrey Fellowship scholarship at Vanderbilt University at Peabody College for the year 2009/2010.
Lama Saqr, M.A.
Professional Development & Quality Assurance Manager
Lama serves as the Professional Development & Quality Assurance Manager where she leads three main tasks - the Master Training Program (ChangeAgents), Coaching & Continuous Development and Quality Assurance/Monitoring & Evaluation. In this capacity, she is primarily focused on ensuring that CADER continues to provide highly professional Master Trainers through empowerment and continuous development. She provides the General Manager and Deputy General Manager with insight and specialized knowledge related to local, regional, and international educational sector concerns. In addition, she participates in the development of the company’s strategic plans and carries out performance audits.
Since joining in 2005, Lama has participated in various education consultancy interventions including most recently her advisory role in numerous education-focused panels and committees in partnership with the Jordanian Ministry of Education and the World Bank.
Eng. KawtherHourani, MBA
Innovation & Business Development Manager
Kawther is the Innovation & Business Development Manager in CADER. She is responsible for leading two main tasks: developing the training programs of all CADER’s professional development programs and the exploration, expansion, development, and management of business opportunities with corporate and strategic partners. As the manager of the Content Development department, Kawther implements the latest international trends and best practices in content design and development in order to provide customized services that cater to our clients’ needs. In addition, she supports CADER’s management in finding new business opportunities in Jordan and the Middle East to expand CADER’s reach.
Kawther started her career with CADER then left, before rejoining CADER in 2011, she worked with UNRWA-Amman Office as the Performance Management Officer where she initiated the new performance management system for all UNRWA local staff (about 7000 employees). Kawther holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
