Vision…Ripple of Change
To be an agent of change for facilitating reform and development processes by enhancing formal and informal education.
For CADER, change is much more human than technological. It is not about providing people with new knowledge, new tools or new ways. Rather, it is about helping them develop new attitudes and skills that enable them to develop new practices and integrate them into their daily work as tools that redefine their work process. Hence, CADER believes that the starting point for professional development is enabling individuals to change their attitudes. This process requires a change management approach that is based on raising awareness, building ownership, creating commitment, and accountability.
